1. Returns Period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Return Reasons

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
Return shipping is free of charge.
You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

Change of Mind:
You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@footral.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be approved before being sent. We will provide instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Step 2: Prepare the Item
Repackage the item securely using the original packaging and ensure all accessories and included items are returned.

Step 3: Send the Return
Once approved, we will provide full return instructions. You may use a delivery carrier of your choice unless otherwise specified.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be processed correctly.

4. Refund Processing

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Non-Returnable Items
