2. Payment Requirements

Full payment is required at the time of placing an order.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised.

If a payment is declined, cancelled, or fails for any reason, the order will not be processed.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

Prices include applicable UK taxes (where required).

The total price shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

We do not add hidden charges or payment processing fees.

If instalment or “buy now, pay later” services (such as Klarna) are offered, these are provided by third-party providers. Any credit agreement is between you and the provider and subject to their terms and approval process.

4. Payment Security

We do not store or have access to your full card details.

5. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received and approved.

Partial refunds may be issued where appropriate and in compliance with UK consumer protection laws.

We do not charge non-refundable fees.

6. Order Verification

If additional verification is required and cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, you will be notified.

We do not cancel completed (paid) orders without informing the customer.
